We can provide advice and support in managing employment obligations and provide facilitation and investigation of workplace issues.   • Providing advice and support in mapping industrial relations strategies including dispute resolution and supporting enterprise bargaining and negotiations.
  • Managing difficult workplace transitions including risk mitigation planning. 
  • Developing HR Strategic plans including implementation of HR systems such as SAP, Kronos and cloud-based, third-party payroll applications.
