Felix founded X:Perience in 2018 motivated to help transform organisations in a sustainable way.
15 years experience in Human Resources, Felix was recently an HR Director for Carlton and United Breweries parent company, AB-InBev, leading and developing teams in Australia, India and South East Asia. This included time leading the HR team for South East Asia including market expansion across 13 targeted countries in the region whilst based out of Vietnam.
Felix has leveraged his previous experience in other HR leadership roles, with a focus on leading significant transformation in Manufacturing, Logistics, Tourism and Non-For-Profit sectors.
As well as strength in HR strategy and leadership, Felix has extensive experience leading industrial relations strategies in heavily unionised environments. This work includes leading several complex disputes, investigations and EBA negotiations across Australia and providing detailed industrial advice to business leaders.
An accredited Change Manager (Prosci) and facilitator of various psychometric assessments (HBDI, RMP), Felix is an effective coach and energetic facilitator for executive coaching and developing high performance.
Felix is most excited about the transformation of organisations for the future and to help deliver outcomes in a sustainable way through coaching leaders to inspire others.
Natalie brings to X:Perience a wealth of experience developing HR practices leading significant organisational design (OD) and transformation programs across Manufacturing, Logistics and Corporate functions.
Helping to deliver our ethos of shared learning and leveraging her education in Psychology and Human Resource Management, Natalie designs strategies and programs of work in change management, talent attraction and retention and leadership capability. As a passionate facilitator, Natalie can lead a number of leadership programs focus on building high performing teams in a disruptive world.
Natalie is an accredited Change Manager and practice lead for tools that develop insight and awareness to empower leaders and their role in creating great employee experiences.
Natalie is excited about the future of work and the strategies available to grow talent and create the best experience for employees in this ever-changing world.
